We accept payment via Bank Transfer (BACS) or Debit/Credit Card. Payments can be made online through Stripe, who will take payment via a secure server (SSL) connection that protects a user’s payment details. We do not have access to the payment details for a transaction carried out via the Site. If you wish to discuss alternative payment options you should contact us.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment, and to notify you of any pricing changes by posting these on the Site. All prices are exclusive of UK VAT which is chargeable at 20%.
If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

We shall have no liability to you if the service is delayed or prevented by events, acts, accidents beyond our control, including (but not limited to) an act of war, riot, civil commotion, fire, pandemic, flood, storm and breakdown of machinery, failure of utility service or delays in transport network.
